Contact credit card company and ask them toi watch for suspicious activity, freeze it, or issue another card.

I would not worry about it yet. Keep an eye on your credit card statments and look for anything you didn’t authorize. Most credit card companies do not make you pay for false charges.

If you are really concerned, I would suggest cancelling that credit card, but I don’t see this situation as going to far. You could give the credit card company a heads up just in case something does happen.

Call all of your banks, CC companies, then the thing that some people forget is to contact the 3 reporting agencies and tell them to put a fraud watch on your name and SS#. That is the best thing to do even if you suspect someone has your identity and is going to use it. If they do decide to use it, they will not be able to if you just do these things.

Go to that respective bank who has issued you that credit card and explain them the problem. I’m sure they will help you out so that there would be no identity theft. Take care let’s hope for the best.

You know what credit card you used, call credit card company to cancel it and issue you a new one if you like. At the same time call the big 3 credit bureaus to put an option for them to call you whenever someone’s trying to access your account. Also get free credit reports from them, too. I believe you get a free one per year from each company.
Good luck, I’ve been through before. It’s a hassle.
